The irrigation system is equipped to inject soil amendments and fertilizers to maintain soil health and nutrients at optimum levels.

Includes various outbuildings, all weather crushed rock roads, tiling of select blocks, grassed orchard rows, gypsum silos, amendment tanks, and ag solution mixers throughout sections of the orchards. Harvesting is via state of the art mechanical overhead harvesters in addition to more conventual ground harvesting methods.
