RESOURCES: We take an in-depth inventory of your land’s soils, climate, water (quantity, quality and security), environmental and other regulatory issues, so they’re fully understood.

RETURNS: Farmland’s financial value is tied closely to what it can produce in net income. We analyze and document financial yield and appreciation, determine relative cap rate, research comparative land and lease market values, and determine actual land appreciation rates so we can set and justify a sales price with confidence.

RISKS: We search out every reason a buyer may reject the deal and develop a mitigation plan that can
adequately account for the real and perceived buyer risks prior to disposition.
